We want to avoid anyone just joining for a day to get their poem into our proposed anthology. How long should a poet be a member of Poets United for a poem to be considered for publishing in our proposed anthology? We are currently considering 30 or 45 days. What are your thoughts?

Sounds fine to me, though I'd make it a bit longer than 30 days. 45 days sounds reasonable to me, =)

Confusing: My response says I was a member since November, 2010, when I was a member WAY before that...can't remember the exact month!

Mary this forum is not linked to the history on the Poets United Blog. Here it will just give you a membership date of when you registered for this site.

I'd be inclined to even say a three month membership would be appropriate. What does everyone else think? At least 45 days though. Given we already have a large membership.
